Byproceeding with a booking with Cinnamon Tots Co, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend that all clients review these carefully to ensure a smooth experience and to avoid any additional costs or delays.

PAYMENT & DATES:

When your date has been chosen and is available, we require payment in full. (This will be paid via Stripe via our website / booking platform or bank transfer). If the hire needs to be cancelled on the day due to weather, we will keep 25% and immediately refund the remaining amount.

Return trip of set-up and collection (We do not have an option to collect, we offer delivery only - making it as easy as possible for our clients).

DATE CHANGES BEFORE BOOKING DATE:
Any date changes for hire need to be made 14 days before the original booking date selected, if made/changed after this time period a fee of $35.00 will be charged which must be paid prior to the new booking date.

CANCELLATION:

A 25% non-refundable amount is kept by Cinnamon Tots if a cancellation needs to be made by the client, all remaining payment will be refunded immediately, however if the client wishes to re-book within 3 months this will be transferred over to their new hire date subject to availability.

SET UP & WHATS INCLUDED:

Set up takes about an hour so please allow time for us to come and set this up and the same when packing away the soft play. We like to take pride in our set ups to make it perfect for your little ones.

Our working hours will be 8.00am -5.00pm. (Mon - Sun)

All hired soft play is rented for up to 4 hours not including set up and pack down. Additional $50.00 per each hour of hire is added onto the price if needed for longer. (this cost can be arranged for payment prior to collection or at collection).

Set up of where location is or the venue needs to be confirmed 72 hours before the day of the booking.

All soft play pieces are cleaned before and after use and we ask for the following to have a perfect set up:

• Flat ground (Bounce house locations located in the ground away from water line and irrigation for pegs)

• Safe area (if indoors it needs to be vacuumed and there should be no sharp items/debris on the floor)

• Gazebo with sides if weather is predicted to rain or an inside area as back up

• Space that will suit the package you are hiring

• Easy access to get to the area of set up / same for collection

• Clear space- we will not move any furniture on the day

WE WILL NOT SET UP IN THE RAIN.

RULES OF PLAY:

We ask of you to adhere to our simple rules of play to protect yourselves selfs - the little ones and our equipment. when playing on the soft play - Its the Hirers responsibility to ensure the rules of play are adhered to.

All of our equipment is brand new so we expect it to be in the same condition as we left it please.

• Shoes off

• Socks on (grippy socks if you have these)

• No face paints or Glitter

• No sharp objects or heels on mats

• No pets

• Age 4/5 and under

• No food or drinks

• Adult supervision at all times for safety

ADDITIONAL RULES:

• We do not permit any person to improperly use the Hire Items.

• There is an age limit of up to 4/5 years on our Hire Items. (Some of the Cinnamon Tots Co. items have age / weight limits).

• Please ensure that where a full ball pit is hired no child’s head is completely submerged/covered under the balls as this creates a risk of suffocation or other injury resulting from not being seen under the balls.

• Importantly, drinks, food, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited on or near the hire equipment at any time, to avoid damage and choking.

• Face paints, confetti, string and bubbles are also strictly prohibited on our equipment at any time. If any stains are on the equipment as a result of this, an additional cleaning fee will be charged or you could be subject to an entire equipment replacement fee. Please note, face paint permanently stains PVC and is not to be at your event while our soft play is being used.

• All sharp objects such as shoes, badges, glasses and jewellery must be removed before entering our play zone.

• Parents/ Supervisors MUST REMOVE THEIR SHOES before entering the play zone. If our mats are damaged from high heels or shoes, you will be charged for this.

• There are to be no acrobatics or gymnastics type activity performed on the soft play equipment at any time. Further, strictly no jumping, pushing, intentional colliding or any behaviour that is likely to result in injury to self or others.

• No smoking, barbeques, lighters, pets or animals to be on or near the hire equipment at any time.

• It is recommended that shade is available for all outdoor setups, especially in warmer months. The external material of our equipment can get very hot, making burns possible.

COLLECTION NOTES:

All balls are to be returned to the ball pits prior to collection - this makes it a quicker process for us to clean up.

All pieces of soft play must remain as they were at initial set up.

Pack up and collection will take under one hour.

DAMAGES:

The client is responsible for all Cinnamon Tots Co equipment from the time of delivery, setup, or collection, until the equipment has been collected or returned to Cinnamon Tots Co.

When we collect the goods and check them over, they need to be in the same condition we left them for you. All equipment will be checked on pick up.

Damages include:

• Any tears or rips

• Scratches to the soft play

• Staining of the fabrics that cant be cleaned off including pens- face paints- glitter food or drink

• Broken equipment

From the time of set up through to collection, all hired items remain the responsibility of the client. By booking with Cinnamon Tots Co. The client agrees to ensure items are protected from damage, weather, theft and misuse.

All items are inspected at collection, with any visible damage or loss documented and photographed. A further inspection is completed within three (3) business days of collection. Any damage or loss identified will be the clients responsibility to cover, including repair or replacement at the descretion of Cinnamon Tots Co. The client will be liable for all costs relating to the damage of items including cleaning, repair, replacement, freight, labour, loss of hire income, or any other costs incurred as a result of the damage or loss.. All repairs and replacements are managed by Cinnamon Tots Co. Invoices will be issued via email and must be paid within fourteen (14) days. Minimum replacement costs are $200 upwards. If the fee is not received within 14 working days, the matter will be referred to a collections agency and/or law firm.

If an item is damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen, or deemed unsafe for future hire, the client will be charged the full replacement cost of the item, including any associated freight or supplier costs.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

In the unlikely event Cinnamon Tots Co is unable to fulfil a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided immediately through bank transfer.

INSURANCE:

Cinnamon Tots Co soft play hire will not accept any responsibility for any accidents or injuries during the use of hire. It is the hirer/hirers responsibility to make sure all day there is full adult supervision of all children and guests using the equipment during the hire period. Cinnamon Tots Co is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident arising from misuse of the equipment, lack of supervision, unsafe behaviour, or failure to follow the provided safety instructions.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY AND IMAGE USE:

Where the Client voluntarily supplies photographs or videos to Cinnamon Tots Co, the Client grants Cinnamon Tots Co a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, crop, resize, edit and publish that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes. Where professional photography or videography featuring Cinnamon Tots Co’s equipment is captured at a Wedding or event, the Client agrees and provides Cinnamon Tots Co access to this, unless otherwise verbally agreed prior to event commencing.
